WOODRIDGE BOYS YOUTH WRESTLING GRADES 3-6

Welcome to the 2023/2024 Woodridge Youth Wrestling season!

Practices held in the Stammen Wrestling Room at Woodridge High School

1st practice will be held on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 Regular Practices will be Tues., Wed., Thurs. 6:00-7:15

Cost $110 (includes singlet, T-shirt, headgear).

We’re excited to be wrestling again! We’re looking forward to a great season! We encourage you or your wrestler to invite a friend(s) to come out for the team. Word of mouth is the most effective way we introduce our sport to others.

The matches this season will be held at Stow High School on Sunday mornings.

The youth program had set a few goals last spring to increase the number of kids in the program along with having options for getting additional experience in the off-season. Open Mats are available again on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5-6 pm and it is a great way to get some of the rust off! It also appears that the team is growing! However, we still encourage you or your wrestler to invite a friend(s) to just observe at first or come out for the team.

Word of mouth is the most effective way to introduce others to our team. It’s likely the source of your child’s involvement. If your child has friends that you think would benefit from wrestling, please encourage them or their parents to reach out to us.
