Competitive Soccer (U9-U14)
This program is run in partnership with Cuyahoga Falls Soccer Club, focusing on fun, skill-building, and introducing the game in a supportive environment. Students play on Woodridge team with volunteer coaches. Be sure to select WOODRIDGE when registering.

This program is for our older players who are ready for a higher level of soccer play. Players compete in our travel program through the Ohio Travel Soccer League (OHTSL). Tryouts are required for new players to determine if Travel Soccer is right for your player. Teams are a mixture of players from Woodridge, Cuyahoga Falls, and surrounding communities.

For questions concerning competitive travel soccer please email president@fallssoccer.com (Cuyahoga Falls Soccer Club)

MICRO SOCCER: (Ages 3-4): Micro Soccer is designed for our youngest players who are being introduced to the game of soccer for the first time. This program is open only to children ages 3 and 4 who reside within the Woodridge School District. Our goal is to provide a fun, positive, and age-appropriate introduction to soccer while allowing our families to stay close to home and build connections within the Woodridge community. The program will meet one day per week and includes a t-shirt for each participant. Registration is completed through Woodridge Rec FinalForms.

Middle School Girls and Boys (Grades 6, 7, 8) have the opportunity to play with Woodridge Middle School for the fall 2027 season. All players welcome. For questions about the girls team contact Jason Allenspach jallenspach@woodridge.k12.oh.us. For questions about the boys team contact Brian Feisthamel Bfeisthamel@woodridge.k12.oh.us

Registration is completed through Woodridge Local Schools Final Forms (not Woodridge Rec Final Forms)

We need Coaches and Volunteers!

Who Are the Coaches / How Can I Volunteer?

Quite simply… Woodridge coaches are YOU!

Woodridge Rec Soccer is built on volunteer parent-coaches, and we are always looking for more people to get involved. If you’re interested in coaching, just:

  • Indicate your interest during registration (registering through Cuyahoga Falls Soccer Club)

No prior coaching experience is required—we’ll help guide you along the way.

The Woodridge Rec program will assist you with all required steps, including:

  • Concussion training
  • Background check

As a thank-you for volunteering, coaches receive one free child registration (uniform cost not included).

Our ultimate goal is to give every youth soccer player the opportunity to play soccer, whether that is with the Woodridge rec organization or beyond. Proud to be a Bulldog!
