Cross Country is a fall sport that runs from August until late October and is open to children entering Grades 3 through 6.
Cross Country helps children develop and strengthen skills like leadership, teamwork, and responsibility while improving self-confidence and physical fitness.
We will be competing against runners from local schools including Hudson, Cuyahoga Falls/Stow, Tallmadge, Copley, Field/Kent, and Chapel Hill.
A team running shirt will be provided with registration. Children will need their own shorts and running shoes. Shoes are available through running stores such as: Vertical Runner in Hudson, Second Sole in Akron, Fleet Feet in Northfield, Ritchie’s in Tallmadge, or Dick’s Sporting Goods.
Registration is available by mail, in person, and online.
