Woodridge Recreation Reverse Raffle 2024 is the books!!  Special Thanks to all of the Rec Associates, families and friends who put their time and effort forward to provide support for the Woodridge communities youth!  The raffle is our Associations largest fundraiser and will dictate each programs needs based on its success.  Thanks again!

WRA Board Meetings

The Woodridge Recreation Association Board meets on the third Tuesday of each month (August-May) at 7:30pm. 

Last meeting before summer break is Tuesday, May 16th. 

Meetings are held at Clutch Lanes & Sports Center on State Road in Cuyahoga Falls.

Effective 12/1/2017 the Woodridge Recreation Association will be using Final Forms for online registration of all sports.

Woodridge Recreation is not part of the Woodridge School District. You must create an account on our site even if you have already done so through the school.

 

Mission Statement

The Woodridge Recreation Association’s mission is to promote physical health and activity of children through various sports programs offered by the organization. The participants will learn the fundamental skills of the sport(s) they are participating in. At the same time, they will be learning team building, build self esteem and self confidence.

Woodridge Recreation Association (WRA) was established in 1952 as the Boston-Northampton Baseball and Recreation Association. In 1981 the name was changed to Woodridge Recreation Association as the organization began to introduce more sports to its program. WRA organizes and runs sports programs in the Woodridge school district and surrounding communities for youth ages 3 – 14. The activities provided are baseball (Spring and Fall), basketball, bowling, cross country, cheerleading, flag football, tackle football, soccer (Spring and Fall), softball, volleyball and wrestling.
